Situation von Frauen in Deutschland
Leider muss mangels politischen Aktionismus in längst überfälligen Bereichen des täglichen Lebens auf Misstände mit Aktionstagen aufmerksam gemacht werden. Heute ist wieder so ein Tag, an dem Betroffenen v. schwerster Verbrechen an der Menschenwürde als Folge politischen Versagens u. Inkompetenz gedacht werden muss!
Der Internationale Tag gegen Gewalt an Frauen hat dementsprechend selbst für die Zukunft, um Politik, Polizeien und Justiz an das Leid der Betroffenen zu erinnern, die vollste Berechtigung!
Die Situtation in Deutschland ist hier sehr erschreckend. Jede Dritte Frau erleidet körperliche oder sexualisierte Gewalt. Mangels Willen v. Politik, Polizeien und Justiz, hier einzuschreiten, wie es eigtl. auch unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Existenz der UN Menschenrechtscharta geboten wäre, werden Täter in auffallend zuvielen Tatarten nicht straf- zivilrechtlich (Kostenübernahme Traumatherapien, Schmerzensgeld) zur Verantwortung gezogen. Folgekosten wie Therapien zur Verarbeitung v. Traumata werden als Folge ausschließlich über Krankenkassen sozialisiert, also 100 % der Bevölkerung regelrecht aufgezwungen. Verursacherprinzip? Fehlanzeige.
Täter können als direkte Folge straffrei ausgehen, wenn betroffene Frauen sich nicht zur Wehr setzen, und/oder nein sagen. Bspw. dann, wenn die Täter den Frauen damit drohen, ihren Kindern etwas anzutun, wenn sie sich wehren und/oder sie gesundheitlich nicht in der Lage dazu sind, sich selbst verteidigen zu können/nein zu sagen. Bspw. dann, wenn sie im Koma liegen, bewusstlos sind oder sonstwie nicht dazu in der Lage sind. Sie können in einem solchen Moment ihren Willen nicht bekunden und sind dementsprechend leider als Folge politisch, polizeilich u. justizieller Ignoranz der Menschenrechte regelrecht Freiwild für perverse Vergewaltiger. Und gerade Frauen mit Behinderungen sind hier besonders v. sexualisierter Gewalt gefährdet bzw. dieser Schutz- und rechtlos ausgeliefert. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass Verantwortliche aus Politik, Polizei u. Justiz in Deutschland für ihre Mitschuld an dieser skandalösen Entwicklung einen Freibrief nach Den Haag erhalten.
